The 380V four-in-one handheld laser welding machine is a multi-functional fiber laser equipment with industrial three-phase power supply, water-cooled cooling system, and is a mainstream power option of 2000W/3000W. The weld seam has a large molten depth, is firm and free from voids, and has a much smaller thermal deformation than argon arc welding.   2. Laser thin plate cutting

    Change the cutting nozzle and switch modes with one click. It can be assisted by oxygen/nitrogen for cutting. The 3000W carbon steel can be cut to a maximum of 6mm, and stainless steel to 4mm. The cutting edge is smooth without burrs and does not require grinding.

  3. Laser cleaning and rust removal

    Non-contact removal of rust, oxide scale, oil stains, old paint, and coatings. No consumables, no damage to the base material. Suitable for batch workpiece pre-treatment and equipment refurbishment.

  4. Weld seam polishing and cleaning

    One-click removal of the black oxide layer and welding slag on the weld seam, replacing the angle grinder. The finished weld seam is bright, significantly reducing post-processing procedures.
